Winter Solstice 2025 - Free Event

Service Description

Join me online on Sunday, 21 December 2025 at 4:00 pm for a gentle Winter Solstice practice as we honour the turning of the seasons and the quiet wisdom of winter. We’ll move mindfully, breathe deeply, and take time to reflect and reset as the light begins to return. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and warm socks for Savasana, a notebook and pen, and anything that helps you create a cosy space such as a candle or a cup of tea. No experience needed, simply come as you are.
