What to expect

This is a small, live group experience where you are seen, heard and actively involved. Cameras on, real connection, real community.

Each 90 minute session includes teaching, guided practice and open conversation. There is space for questions, reflection and honest sharing. You are not just listening. You are part of the energy.

Between calls, you will receive simple practices and prompts to help you integrate what we explore. Not homework. Not pressure. Just invitations to bring the work into daily life in a way that feels alive.

You will also join a dedicated WhatsApp community for encouragement, accountability and shared insight so that change feels supported and sustainable.
