I guide people back into a trusting relationship with their bodies, whether that is through deepening a yoga practice or working with specific health concerns.

Most people I work with don't arrive feeling particularly connected to their body. Often there's pain, tension, stress or low energy in the background, or simply a sense that the body has become something to push through rather than listen to.
You don't need to be flexible, calm, or good at sitting still. Yoga here is therapeutic, practical, tailored, and fun.
It meets you exactly where you are, helping you understand your body better and rebuild trust in what it can do.
