1. Private Yoga Sessions and Yoga Therapy

1.1 No-Refund Policy

• Private yoga sessions and yoga therapy appointments are non-refundable once booked.

• We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer rescheduling options as outlined below.

1.2 Rescheduling

• You may reschedule a private session or yoga therapy appointment with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time.

• Rescheduling requests should be made via email or phone.

• Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the full fee, and no rescheduling option will be offered.

1.3 Cancellations by Us

• If we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive an alternative session of equivalent value.

2. Group Yoga Classes

2.1 Course Bookings

• Payment for group yoga classes is required upfront for the entire course (e.g., 6-week terms).

• Course fees are non-refundable once paid.

• If you miss a class within a course, you are not eligible for a refund or makeup class.

2.2 Cancellations by Us

• If we need to cancel a class, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or extend the course.

• If a course is canceled entirely by us, a pro-rated refund will be offered for any classes that have not yet taken place.

3. Workshops and Special Events

3.1 Workshop Bookings

• Workshop and special event bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

• Depending on the specific workshop, we may offer:

  • The option to transfer your booking to another person (subject to our approval)

  • The option to apply your payment as credit toward a future workshop (at our discretion)

3.2 Cancellations by Us

• If we cancel a workshop or event, we will offer you the option to:

  • Transfer to an alternative date (if available)

  • Receive a full refund

  • Receive credit toward future services

4. Online Services

4.1 Online Workshops and Classes

• Online workshops and pre-recorded content are non-refundable after purchase.

• If you experience technical difficulties that are within our control, please contact us for assistance.

4.2 Technical Issues

• We are not responsible for technical issues on your end (e.g., internet connection problems, device compatibility).

• In the event of technical issues on our end that significantly impact the delivery of our online services, we will offer appropriate compensation, which may include rescheduling, partial refunds, or credits toward future services.

5. Mentoring for Yoga Teachers

5.1 Mentoring Sessions

• Mentoring sessions follow the same cancellation and refund policies as private yoga sessions (see Section 1).

• Long-term mentoring packages may have specific terms that will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

6. Exceptions

6.1 Medical Emergencies

• In case of serious medical emergencies (requiring hospitalization or similar level of care), we may, at our discretion, offer credit toward future services.

• Documentation may be required to verify the medical emergency.

6.2 Force Majeure

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).

• In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or providing alternative services.

7. Payment Processing Fees

• If a refund is issued in any of the above circumstances, payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.
