Service Description
Breaking Ground is a 5-week in-person yoga course designed to help you reconnect with your body and establish a steady, supportive practice. This course is ideal if you are new to yoga, returning after a break, or wanting to slow things down and rebuild from the basics. Classes focus on simple, accessible movement, breath awareness, and time to rest — without pressure to perform or keep up. You’ll be guided to: feel more grounded and at ease in your body build confidence through repetition and rhythm develop a practice that feels realistic and sustainable Classes are taught in small groups and adapted for different bodies and energy levels. No flexibility or prior experience is needed. Schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays (multiple time options) Each class is 75 minutes Dates: From 23 February 2026 (5 weeks, term-time only) Location: Poole · in person
